This trail blazing artist is unlike anything that’s been heard before.  The basscentric compositions show a distinct lack of traditional drum based percussion and very few treble guitars.  The tracks by No Place for the Dead commonly feature a bass guitar to treble guitar ratio of at least 1.5 to 1.

NPFTD doesn’t shy away from pairing signal destruction with thick and clean low lines.  You’ll also hear uncommon key signatures and tenuous tempo changes matched up against conventional tones and straight pounding themes.
